Returns Policy
When you Purchase online from https://alphaschoolwear.com you may return item(s) for refund, as due to sizing or wrong item(s) purchase, less package & postage charge (if paid per order) within 14days from receiving the goods.
Returns item(s) which are not in new condition(s) i.e tags, stickers missing or are detached from garment(s), name labels been tampered with or have be input garment(s) will not be refunded.
* Please note that your right to return does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:
Product made or supplied to order or Purchased listed as available on Back order (including non-stocked size range)
Socks and tights
Shirts and Blouses returned with makeup / dirty marks / incomplete packaging.
clearance, end of line, sale item
Please Knowledge that to request an RMA number through email (contact address on invoice) , so that Alpha schoowear can authorise the return.
Customer refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the (authorised RMA) items.
